Paddlo’s Curse

In the last episode of Feast Fables, the lonely Asaric farfooting wolfman Paddlo asked a token off Kerrid. Something to hold her promise that in seven years time, when she comes of age, she will go farfooting with him. He wanted her finger. She refused. He cursed her, to suffer his own affliction, to be ever lonely, bone-deep lonely, for all of her long, long days.

How long before that curse takes effect? Can it be averted, without the sacrifice of her finger? And besides, how can she be lonely when she has Bargli, and her father, and the clan around her?

Read on, in Feast Fables Chapter 11, Seven Silver Stars.
